The hotels parking services are run by Towne Park. Self-Parking $21.00 0-2 Hours, $33.00 2-12 Hours and $41.00 for 12 hours - overnight guests, and Valet Parking $26.00 0-2 Hours, $38.00 2-12 hours and $46.00 for 12 hours - overnight guests. Overnight guests get in and out privileges. Call extension 2446 for any additional parking information. ​

Visa Requirements

Visa regulations depend on your nationality and country of origin. We suggest you contact your local U.S. Consulate for official instructions on the specific visa regulations and application procedures that may apply to you. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required. A valid passport is required for entry into the U.S.A.


Official Letter of Invitation

Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries will be sent on request. It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee or Symposium to provide any financial assistance. For an invitation letter, please send your request via the contact form on this website. Please make sure to send us your full name (as printed in your passport), full postal address and passport number. An official invitation letter will be created and sent to you by e-mail within 5-7 working days.​


Liability and Insurance

The Symposium Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.


Registration & Accommodation

All participants must submit a completed registration form.

Banking and Exchange

The official currency is the U.S. Dollar ($).

Most banks have 24-hour ATMs affiliated with various networks, including Exchange, Accel, Plus and Cirrus. If you use a credit card, however, you probably will be charged a small fee and incur interest on the withdrawal until you pay it back. Furthermore, if you use an ATM that doesn't belong to your own bank, you'll be charged $2 per withdrawal.

 
Safety and Security

Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.
